Cancellation Policy
We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This helps us accommodate other patients who may be waiting.
Running Late?
If you're running behind, give us a quick call or text. We'll do our best to accommodate you, though late arrivals may result in a shortened session.
Payment
Tivis Dry Needling is a private-pay practice. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, card, and HSA/FSA.
Insurance
We do not bill insurance directly, but we can provide a superbill you may submit to your insurer for potential reimbursement.
